1. Programmer
REQUIRED SKILLS:

2. Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
» Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
» Account management experience preferred.
» Must have the ability to proactively develop and effectively manage client relationships.
» Must have the ability to work in a broadly defined team, leveraging resources from across the company including Technical, Customer Support and Finance.
» Must be goal-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Responsible for developing and maintaining new business.
» Responsible for completing sales cycle: from prospecting, building a pipeline, proposing,
presenting and discussing solutions with decision-makers, and getting signed contracts.
» Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.

3. Customer Care Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
» Bachelor’s degree or any computer related field.
» Good Communication skills both oral and written. Must be proficient in WLAN.
» Customer and Service oriented.
» Must be a teamplayer.
» Can work with minimum supervision.
» Can work in a shifting schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Provide support to clients in the use of system related to Internet.
» Identify and correct/advise, on WAN issues in client computers.
» Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone.
» Follow up with the clients or customers to ensure that their issues are
sufficiently resolved.
» Prepare reports providing the detailed information regarding customers technical
issues concern, unresolved matters, action taken, and any relevant comments or notes.
» Ensure that the information regarding customer requests and complaints is provided accurately and efficiently.
» Telemarketer (processing vouchers, cards, internet access for hotel clients.)

4. Web Designer/ Graphic Artist
REQUIREMENTS:
» Bachelor’s degree or any computer related field.
» Strong layout skills using the latest web technology.
» High proficiency with Photoshop.
» Dreamweaver (Solid HTML required. CSS is a plus).
» Understanding of Web browsers capabilities.
» Knowledge of image optimization for web.
» Outstanding communications skills and self-discipline.
» Work independently and see a project from start to finish.
» Must be proactive, innovative, and able to collaborate.
» Experience designing Websites/ Landing Pages/ Banner/Email advertisements.
» Understanding of front-end coding and back-end development.
» Knowledgeable in JavaScript and common JavaScript UI libraries.
» Strong cross-browser development experience (you should know how the differences in how IE, Firefox and Safari all render pages).
» Programming Language such as PHP is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Work with the latest applications to bring a project from concept to reality.
» Design online assets (landing pages, banners, logos, login pages) for new products.
» Design Marketing Collaterals such as Banners, FO Standees, Room Standees, ID's etc.
» Edit and visually improve existing products.
» Mock-up design concepts for review and approval.
» Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
» Responsible for developing original interactive design concepts, executing designs and working with account executives.
» Design corporate collateral materials.
» Amend, revise, and redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the Account Executives or clients.
» Coordinate with our suppliers.
» Successfully meet deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks.

Century Asia launches Hotel Technology Suite
